Renowned for his profound interpretations and tonal beauty, Krylov has earned his place among the world’s leading performers, captivating audiences across Europe with orchestras such as the London Philharmonic, Philharmonia Orchestra, DSO Berlin, Orchestre National de Lyon, Filarmonica della Scala, Belgian National Orchestra, and the Royal Philharmonic. His collaborations with an illustrious roster of conductors, including Osmo Vänskä, Fabio Luisi, Marin Alsop, Nikolaj Znaider, and Vasily Petrenko, have further cemented his reputation as one of today’s most distinguished violinists.

A multifaceted artist, Krylov also serves as Music Director of the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra, where he frequently performs both as soloist and conductor in repertoire ranging from Baroque masterpieces to contemporary works. His growing career on the podium has led him to guest conduct ensembles such as the Russian National Orchestra, English Chamber Orchestra, Zagreb Philharmonic, and Novosibirsk Philharmonic.

Krylov’s discography reflects his wide-ranging artistry, with highlights including Vivaldi’s Four Seasons on Deutsche Grammophon, Paganini’s 24 Caprices for Sony Classical, and the world premiere recording of Ezio Bosso’s Violin Concerto “Esoconcerto”. He has also recorded Penderecki’s Violin Concerto “Metamorphosen” under the composer’s own direction, part of the landmark project to document Penderecki’s complete works.

Born into a family of musicians, Krylov began violin studies at the age of five and went on to train with renowned pedagogues S.I. Kravchenko, Abram Stern, and Salvatore Accardo. Since 2012, he has served as Professor at the Lugano Conservatory in Switzerland, in addition to lending his expertise to the juries of prestigious competitions, including the International Tchaikovsky, Fritz Kreisler, and Niccolò Paganini Competitions.
